Health and food safety of our products are a priority for CETER Casings, hence its commitment to the highest quality in the various processes of receiving, production and distribution.

Casings CETER continually search for higher and higher quality standards. For example, we are in the process of implementing the International Food Standard (IFS).

Casings CETER control the processes and products throughout the production chain. In order to do this, we qualify and monitor raw materials suppliers, we conduct audits, and we have developed total traceability systems, from initial receipt through production, distribution and customer delivery.

We strongly believe in R+ D, so much so that we are doing a joint study with the research center company looking into how to prolong the life of our products. In addition to this project CETER Casings have total commitment to the continuous training of our workforce.
